Restaurant supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing restaurant staff;
• Monitoring operations and implementing the strategy agreed upon with company management;
• Assigning tasks to employees in the restaurant and bar, ensuring work is done in accordance with procedures and regulations;
• Managing and supervising the serving process, taking care of personal hygiene and cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Completed professional education lasting a minimum of 3 years;
• At least 2 years of experience in the mentioned position;
• Proficiency in Montenegrin/Serbian and English;
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated leadership abilities;
• Team player with positive attitude, enthusiasm and initiative.
